What is a service agreement? The client contracts with us for a set prepaid number of hours per month, for that we provide
an increased level of service at a lower than "street rate" and all additional hours are billed at this rate.
While there is a contract agreement period, usually three months, the client can end the agreement at anytime with very
few conditions. The concept first began as we felt that it takes some period of time to help a new client recover from
the mistakes of the past and time for us to understand what those mistakes are, how the client uses technology and what
are the best needs unique for the client.
Our early intuition here has proved true. And three months ended up being just the right amount of time to both understand
the client needs and turn around the existing systems and methods. While the first agreement automatically extends another
three months, if any client were unhappy with service even initially we'd honor their desire to not continue. We're proud
to say that has never occurred.
