Windows 7 should be out by 10/09, with the "free" MS a/v product sometime before that. Free is nice!
Our customers have been increasingly unhappy with Dell, they've begged us to find another vendor, we've tried HP, Toshiba and even ASUS. The days of single sourced IT hardware, are over.

Run the windows update manually and make sure you're getting office updates! Call us for details!!

We're now being told by customers buy ANY computer but a Dell computer! We're trying HP, I'm typing this on an HP!!

We're currenly only suggesting CA for a/v and a/s, others are bloated and causing false positive failures.

Use the update tool within Adobe and when possible deploy google pack letting google keep you udpated.

Vista adoption just isn't widespread. We're suggesting clients stay with XP and wait for Windows 7.
